PawsVault products are custom-made using a print-on-demand process. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

If you experience an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. A replacement will be issued once the issue is verified. Refunds are only provided when a replacement cannot be offered.

All orders require 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days depending on destination.

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

PawsVault is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, or conditions outside our control.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will provide a replacement at no cost.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier.

If tracking shows no movement for more than a few days, please contact us so we can assist you in checking the shipment with the carrier.
